1) Where we ship & carriers

We currently ship worldwide. Depending on destination/weight, we use: Royal Mail / DPD / DHL / Evri or equivalent local partners chosen at our discretion to provide the best balance of speed and reliability.

No warehouse dispatch operations take place on weekends or official UK public holidays.
You’ll receive an automated dispatch confirmation with tracking logs once your parcel leaves our fulfillment center.

4) Discreet packaging & customs

Discreet packaging: All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging entirely free from brand identifiers, logos, or revealing product descriptions with neutral sender information.

Customs forms: International shipments outside the UK include the minimum legally required description and value declaration for customs clearance purposes.

5) Delivery, PO Boxes & access issues

Delivery times: Transit windows vary significantly based on destination and regional carrier efficiency. External transit delays outside our direct control (e.g., customs backlogs, severe weather, local courier disputes) may occur.
PO Boxes / parcel lockers: Certain national postal carriers do not deliver adult novelty items to PO Boxes or automated parcel lockers. If your location is unsupported, we may reach out to request an alternative physical delivery address.
Access issues: It is your responsibility to ensure safe entry is available for couriers, or to configure secure, permitted alternative delivery preferences directly via your tracking portal.

6) Tracking & confirmations

All shipments are fully tracked. A direct tracking link is dispatched via email immediately upon fulfillment. You can also monitor your shipment's movement status anytime via our dedicated Order Tracking page.

7) Non-delivery / wrong or incomplete address

Address accuracy: You bear complete legal and financial responsibility for providing a thorough, deliverable physical address at checkout.

If an active parcel is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to wrong address, unclaimed status, or delivery refusal), we reserve the right to:
- Re-ship the package once retrieved, subject to additional customer-paid postage fees, or
- Cancel the transaction and refund the item cost minus our original outward postage costs, provided the items return in flawless, resellable condition.

8) Loss & damage windows

Loss (Not Received)

Report suspected transit loss within 7 days of the expected delivery window so we can initiate an official carrier investigation log.

Damage on Arrival

Report structural damage within 48 hours of physical receipt. Provide photographic proof of the packaging and items. Retain all boxes until advised.

Following a conclusive courier investigation, we will coordinate an appropriate remedy (like-for-like product replacement or financial credit) in alignment with our general Terms & Conditions.

9) 18+ checks & ID verification

WinkToys operates a strict age gate (18+). For specific transactions, compliance audits, or international shipping destinations, we reserve the right to deploy automated age verification tools or request a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity before order dispatch. Failure or refusal to complete requested verification checks will result in order cancellation and a full refund (minus any irrecoverable transaction processing or initial logistics fees, where applicable).

10) Multi-currency & taxes/duties

Currency toggle: Catalog pricing can be viewed in GBP / EUR / USD / CAD / AUD / NZD for checkout convenience. Unless configured otherwise by your banking institute, all payments are ultimately processed in GBP.
Taxes & duties: International cross-border recipients are exclusively liable for settling all localized import taxes, custom clearances, and cross-border carrier handling fees.
