The sender's name on the shipping label will appear under a neutral business name, and the word wink.toys will never be visible to couriers or neighbors.
2. Order Processing Times
We work hard to get your items on their way as fast as possible:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days (Monday through Friday) are generally processed and handed over to the courier the same day.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

4. Age Verification Upon Delivery

- Couriers or postal workers reserve the right to request a valid, government-issued photo ID upon handover to verify your legal age.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to failure to provide age verification, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center, and the customer may be charged a restocking fee.

- If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the box, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
