At wink.toys, customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Because we specialize in adult novelty and intimate products, our return policy strictly enforces specific health, safety, and hygiene standards. Please read our guidelines below.
1. Strict Hygiene and Health Restrictions
Non-Returnable Items (Opened / Used)
Due to international health, sanitary, and hygiene regulations regarding intimate goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened, unsealed, handled, or used in any way. All intimate items are final sale once the factory packaging or tamper-evident seal is broken.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, exchange, or store credit, your order must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed factory packaging.
- You must request the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- You must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase linked to your wink.toys account.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives broken or suffers an unexpected technical/manufacturing failure, we will fix it immediately:
- Inspection Check: Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or incorrect, notify our team via email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence Required: To speed up the process, please include your order number along with a short video or photograph demonstrating the fault.
- Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement shipment or a complete refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
For standard mind-change returns (where the item is still factory-sealed):
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is safely received at our fulfillment center and carefully inspected by our staff:
- We will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the seal.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (credit card, secure gateway, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
