30 days from delivery for eligible, unsealed items.
Up to 14 days after inspection (issued to original payment method).
Opened or used intimate items are strictly non-returnable (unless faulty).
Change-of-mind: customer covers. Fault or error: we cover (pre-authorised).
For health & safety reasons, opened or used intimate items cannot be returned for change-of-mind. This includes adult toys, lubricants, lingerie/underwear once unsealed, and any product intended for direct bodily contact.
If an item is faulty, please see Section 6 — we will gladly assist you under warranty and standard consumer rights.
Unauthorised returns or returns sent to the wrong warehouse address may be refused or significantly delayed.
Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery (photos of packaging + item) and DOA/faults as soon as discovered with clear media evidence.
Order number, description of the technical issue, clear photos/video, and the serial/lot number where applicable.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a suitable remedy under our Warranty Policy — repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service, deny returns, or close customer accounts in clear cases of policy abuse (e.g., wardrobing, frequent used-item returns, or fraudulent claims). Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will delay formal resolution; we actively provide carriers’ and warehouse evidence when disputing unjustified chargebacks.
