This Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods, authorisations, currency handling, and security measures for purchases on our online store. Please read this alongside our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds.

1) Payment methods

• We currently accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued in supported countries.
• Other methods (PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, BNPL) are not available at this time.

2) Authorisation, Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) & card holds

• Payments are processed via a PCI-DSS compliant gateway using 3-D Secure (SCA) where supported by your issuer.
• AVS/CVV checks and anti-fraud screening apply to all transactions. In some cases, the gateway may place a temporary authorisation hold, which reverses automatically per your bank’s standard timelines.
• We charge your payment card at the moment of order confirmation (no pre-orders or backorders are supported).
• If verification fails or fraud risk is flagged high, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order or request additional identity verification (see Section 10).

3) Currency, pricing & taxes

• Prices can be viewed in GBP / EUR / USD for your convenience. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all charges are processed in GBP. Your issuing bank may apply its own exchange rates and conversion fees.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed and paid orders will not be affected.
• International customers are solely responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees levied at destination (see Shipping Policy).

• Please double-check your card details, expiration date, billing address, available funds, and ensure you complete any required 3-D Secure authentication prompts within the given time window.
• If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your card issuer or attempting your purchase again using another eligible card.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful gateway authorisation and capture. Unpaid or un-authentificated orders will auto-cancel.

6) Order changes & cancellations

• We can usually amend or cancel an order before it enters the dispatch process. Please email us as soon as possible at [Insert Email].
• Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for available options.

7) Refunds

• All approved refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment method used to place the order.
• Timing: Refunds take up to 14 days after approval/receipt of the returned items (your bank or credit card company may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to post the funds to your account).
• If the original card has been cancelled or expired, your bank should route the funds automatically according to their policy; we cannot change the destination account for security reasons.

8) Promo codes, store credit & gift cards

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Unless stated otherwise, limit is one code per order, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Store credit (where applicable) is completely non-redeemable for cash and subject to expiry dates if specified at issuance.
• Gift cards/vouchers may be introduced in the future and will be governed by the specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• Our store sells products intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We operate an on-site age gate across our platform.
• We may request government-issued ID or additional automated checks to verify your age, identity, and billing authenticity prior to order dispatch.
• Refusal or failure to complete these required regulatory checks may lead to immediate order cancellation and refund (minus any irrecoverable transaction fees where applicable).
